6. Meal Delivery Service

HelloFresh is one of my favorite meal delivery services. You can choose from a variety of options from calorie friendly, vegetarian, fish free, pork and chicken only, and many more options. HelloFresh is the perfect gift for the fitness enthusiast that is still learning to cook. I didn’t learn how to cook growing up, so I had no basic cooking skills. After a year of getting HelloFresh deliveries and learning more about nutrition, I can take a recipe and choose healthier options to create healthy meals that align with my fitness goals. Read my post about HelloFresh for my full review.

7. Powerbeats Pro Wireless Bluetooth Earphones

These are my all time favorite headphones. They are extremely comfortable, waterproof, sweatproof, and has incredible sound quality. They are my go-to for any workout at the gym. I had some Apple Airpod Pro earphones, but they didn’t hold up the same way that the Powerbeats Pro wireless bluetooth earphones. The Airpod Pros constantly fell out of my ears, while the Powerbeats Pro never fall out. So even the most demanding HIIT workout, you won’t lose your earphones. If you’re going to invest in some high quality earphones, I highly recommend Powerbeats Pro over Airpod Pro.

Do something today that your future self will thank you for

I just find that so inspiring. Hard work will pay off in the future, but you also have to live in the moment and I feel like taking care of yourself is doing both. You are doing good for yourself now as well as for your future self.
