Running and Knee Pain
It's a common misconception that knee pain and running go hand in hand, but injury is often caused by improper form or overuse. Fitness Goals - Fall 2020
For the past year, I have not had a solid fitness routine. So no time like the present to change that. So I set some goals for the fall of 2020 to implement running, yoga and at home workouts into a new fitness routine.
