The Ultimate Fitness Enthusiast Gift Guide 2022

These are my favorites.

Stainless steel double-walled water bottle with straw.

Anyone could use a water bottle. I am more likely to drink my water when it is cold, and having a water bottle that keeps it cold all day is the best option. The 32 oz simple modern water bottles are my favorite; they come in various colors.

Fitness Trackers and/or accessories

I Love my Apple Watch, and I feel more mindful about my workouts and activity during the day when I am wearing Apple Watch. The Fitbit is a more affordable option. I Loved my Fitbit just as much as I had it before I got my Apple Watch.

Resistance bands of different varieties

I love using resistance bands for mobility workouts, leg day and assisted pull-ups. Resistance bands alone can create a GREAT workout.

Yoga Mat

I love a good yoga mat, some people are super particular about their yoga mats, but I am not one of those people. I have had the same mat for YEARS, and I would love a new one as a gift.

“Do something today that your future self will thank you for”

— unknown

I find that quote so inspiring. Hard work will pay off in the future, but you also have to live in the moment, and I feel like taking care of yourself is doing both. You are doing good for yourself now as well as for your future self.
