Holiday Gift Guide for the Fitness Enthusiast

The holidays can be a hectic time of year between buying work, family and holiday gifts. Gifts for health and fitness enthusiasts can be challenging to navigate if you’ve got no clue about the world of health and fitness.

I love health and fitness, and receiving a gift related to health and fitness would be my favorite thing.

Hair Ties

These are the best hair ties that hold up to any workout without leaving that dreaded hair tie dent. I love them to keep my hair in place even during the most brutal HIIT session.

Fabletics Leggings

All new VIP members of Fabletics get two leggings for $24. The Powerhold leggings are my absolute favorite leggings ever. They are super comfortable, compressive, and flexible in all the best ways. After signing up, you either have to shop or skip each month. If you don’t do either, you will be charged a $49.99 applied to your account as a credit. Read my blog post about my Favorite Activewear.

For example, these are my favorite styles

Leggings: Define PowerHold® High-Waisted 7/8 Legging

Sports Bra: Oasis Twist Sports Bra or All Day Everyday Bra

Rather than having a whole new product each month, they release these same styles in limited edition styles and colors.
I still have the leggings from the beginning; they are so thin compared to what they sell now. I use them as a base layer for sleeping when backpacking in the high country for warmth. They have held up, so the quality has been there since the beginning.

My Referral Link will give you 2 pairs of leggings for $24! I highly recommend Fabletics to anyone! It would be best if you remembered to skip every month, or you will be charged a fee for your membership. You do receive a credit for using it toward any item or outfit. I set a reminder for the 1st of every month so that I remember to go in and skip.

Meal Delivery Service

HelloFresh is one of my favorite meal delivery services. You can choose from various options, including calorie-friendly, vegetarian, fish-free, pork and chicken only, and many more options. HelloFresh is the perfect gift for the fitness enthusiast still learning to cook. Growing up, I didn’t know how to cook, so I lacked basic cooking skills. After a year of getting HelloFresh deliveries and learning more about nutrition, I can take a recipe and choose healthier options to create nutritious meals that align with my fitness goals. Read my post about HelloFresh for my full review.

Wireless Bluetooth Earphones

They are my go-to for any workout at the gym. I had some Apple Airpod Pro earphones that didn’t hold up like the Powerbeats Pro wireless Bluetooth earphones. The Airpod Pros constantly fell out of my ears, while the Powerbeats Pro never fall out. So, even in the most demanding HIIT workout, you won’t lose your earphones. I highly recommend Powerbeats Pro over Airpod Pro if you want high-quality earphones. I have had my Beats for four and a half years, and they are still strong. Battery life has dwindled, but overall still so good!

Honorable mentions:

Affordable Headphones

Beats Headphones

Airpod Max Headphones

Open Ear earbuds

Foam Roller

Foam rollers can be a lifesaver for sore muscles. By using a foam roller to relax the tension and roll out the lactic acid from sore muscles, a gym enthusiast can focus on recovery so they never miss a day in the gym.

Fitness Class Gift Cards

Class passes or gift cards to their favorite massage place, yoga studio, cycle studio, or other favorite fitness class. Some studios may sell merchandise that gift cards can be used towards merch and classes. There are so many local options, so maybe your fitness-loving loved one hasn’t discovered any local classes, and your gift can introduce them to something new!

Class Pass can help provide various options, but make sure there are options in your town!

This one is similar to fitness class gift cards. Many fitness apps have subscription options that any fitness enthusiast would love to receive as a gift.

“Do something today that your future self will thank you for.”

— unknown

I find that quote so inspiring. Hard work will pay off in the future, but you also have to live in the moment, and taking care of yourself is doing both. You are doing good for yourself now and for your future self.
