  • Progress tracker - designed to decide to track at your own pace, using as many pages as you want, i.e., one every 3 months OR tracking the whole year on one page.

  • Monthly calendar to either schedule your workouts, or use as a visual aid to check off the days that you do workout.

  • Workout pages - Originally designed to be used digitally 2 pages per month with space to plan your weights for each exercise for each week of the month with the nutrition section, being erased each week. You can use the two pages weekly and use the sections to track weekly weight increases as weights per rep if that is how you prefer. It is blank so that you can choose how you want to use these pages.
